6 – Through the Darkest Night

Get Ready – Sermon Series:  On the night before Jesus was crucified, He shared a meal with His disciples, and taught them to get ready for the journey ahead, to step forward as a band of disciples led by the Holy Spirit. In this series, we listen to Jesus’ words once more, learning how to walk as disciples in the whole of our lives.

This week:  6 –”Through the Darkest Night”  (John 16:16-33)  Jesus talks openly about his death and the grief of the disciples will be facing. Yet he is also confident of God’s power to overcome death. This week, we listen to Jesus as he talks about suffering and loneliness, peace and joy.
